Delivery Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping Period: Typical shipping time is 4–12 business days, including pharmacy preparation and expedited shipping. Delays may occur during high demand periods or holidays.

  • Non-Shipping Days: Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • High Order Volume: During peak times, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow extra time for delivery.

  • Expedited Shipping: Free expedited shipping is available on all orders.

  • Most clients receive their medication within one week after prescription creation.

Damages

Healthy Path Meds is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and retain all packaging and damaged items until your claim is processed.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our medications, monthly fees that have already been paid are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

You can cancel and receive a full refund anytime before the doctor issues your prescription. For each following month, if you cancel before the next shipment is processed, you won’t be charged. Our service is month-to-month, with no minimum contracts or commitments, allowing you to cancel easily. Note that once a prescription is processed and sent to the pharmacy, refunds cannot be issued.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Healthy Path Meds Program membership, log in to your secure user account, navigate to the Healthy Path Meds Program, and select “Cancel Plan” on the Program Details page. Alternatively, you can contact us at (888) 423-2324 or via email: care@healthypathmeds.com. Cancellations take effect within 36 hours.

Subscriptions

Healthy Path Meds operates as a subscription service. You can cancel anytime, and you will only be charged for products already received. Our service is month-to-month with no long-term commitments.
